Every Apple Design Ever (ish) in 30 seconds
Apple has made some very subtle updates to the visual design for iOS 5. /via Design Archive

I have decided to start a new series on my blog where I find horrible UI’s and app icons in the App Store and re-design them to make them look like a designer spent more than 5 minutes working on them. (hey maybe someone will like what they see and hire me ::wink wink nudge nudge::)
I don’t think companies realize how important branding and design is to the success of their product.
Look at the two logos below and tell me which one YOU would click on while browsing through the app store?? (original logo on the left, mine is on the right.)

Hey everyone!
I was wondering what the best/most efficient/easiest way is to building concept designs and mock screens for a potential iPhone app I had in mind.
Let me know if you know of any cool tools (Mac or PC) or any iPhone apps that might help with just laying out designs (PSD templates?)
Have anything to share?

The bottom line is that manufacturing tiny, complex parts made of metal becomes as simple as working with plastic.
Hi Everyone,
I just finished up designing a new iPhone wallpaper. The inspiration for this work came from an incredibly cool piece of desktop software that I use called Bodega which is like having an App Store for your Mac desktop applications. Check ‘em out! They are currently having a 50% off sale on popular apps! Hope you enjoy!

Quite possibly one of the funniest things you will read today. Happy Friday!
